Re:	Development Application – Material Change of Use (Retail Business – Type 2) situated at 15 Noosa Drive, Noosa Heads described as Lot 6 on N21827.
I refer to your letter dated 27 May 2015 requesting Council to defer determination of the above application to enable your client the opportunity to discuss on site with Council staff and Councillors the proposed removal of certain structures to reduce site cover and carparking requirements.
Council at its meeting held on 4 June 2015, resolved to defer consideration in accordance with your request.
