RE:    Response to Further Advice - 132001.210363.1 – 105 Poinciana Ave,
       Tewantin
Council issued a further information request on 23 August 2021. The applicant provides
the following additional information in response to the items:

   1. Provide amended plans demonstrating compliance with the minimum car
      parking requirements of Table 9.4.1.4.

The application proposes to reuse the existing building and parking areas. There were no
formal bicycle or motorcycle parking areas approved as part of the existing approval.

An updated site plan is included with 3 bicycle parking spaces and 1 motorcycle bay at
the rear of the site. It is also acknowledged that since the original approval - Council have
installed a bicycle parking loop at the front of the site, as shown below.




Appropriate conditions can be included for the line marking of the additional motorcycle
and bicycle parking spaces provided in the updated plans.
