Following our recent correspondence, I would like to formally register Pizza Hut’s interest in
a tenancy on the proposed development at 37 Gibson Rd, Noosaville.

Noosaville has been identified as an opportunity for Pizza Hut and fits into our 3 year market
plan. However, up until this point we have had difficulty finding a suitable location.

We are therefore keenly interested in this proposed development and feel that Pizza Hut
would complement the tenancy mix.

Pizza Hut requires approx. 80-100sqm.
