1    REQUEST TO PURCHASE THE COOROORA MASONIC TEMPLE
     Item not dealt with by Services & Organisation Committee. Referred to General Committee
     due to the significance of the issue.


2    AWARD OF TENDER 1718T054 - LICENCE FOR REUSABLE GOODS RECYCLING AND
     SALES FACILITY
     Item not dealt with by Services & Organisation Committee. Referred to General Committee
     for further consideration.


3    NOOSA SPORT AND ACTIVE RECREATION IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
     That Council note the report by the Community Development Manager to the Services &
     Organisation Committee Meeting dated 6 February 2018 and:
     A.    Adopt the Noosa Sport and Active Recreation Implementation Plan as set out in
           Attachment 1 to the report subject to the following amendments to Key Initiative 11,
           item b):
           1.    Combine dot points two and four to read “solar and renewable energy”; and
           2.    Amend dot point three to read “water management and harvesting”; and
           3.    Include an additional dot point to read “waste minimisation and recycling
                 initiatives”.
     B.    Request the Chief Executive Officer to provide an update and review of the
           Implementation Plan every three years of operation.



4    CHRISTMAS 2017-18 FREE HOLIDAY BUSES SUMMARY

5    OPERATIONAL PLAN PROGRESS REPORT - 2ND QUARTER 2017-18
     That Council note the report by the Chief Executive Officer to the Services & Organisation
     Committee Meeting dated 6 February 2018 providing an update on progress with the
     implementation of the Operational Plan to 31 December 2017 and details of Council’s Key
     Performance Indicators.


6    EXECUTIVE SERVICES DEPARTMENT UPDATE - 2ND QUARTER 2017-18
     That Council note the report by the Director Executive Services to the Services &
     Organisation Committee Meeting dated 6 February 2018 providing an update on operations
     of the Executive Services Department for the period 1 October to 31 December 2017.
