            Moved:           Cr Stewart
            Seconded:        Cr Wilkie
            That the petition with 36 signatories submitted by residents of Dolphin Bay Drive and
            Whale Drive Sunshine Beach requesting Council evaluate the conditions and undertake
            improvements to Dolphin Bay Drive and Whale Drive Sunshine Beach, be received and
            referred to the Chief Executive Officer to determine appropriate action.
                                                                             Carried unanimously.
