      ▪ Proposed development will be located in the layout as represented in Figure 2.
      ▪ Adjacent assessable vegetation communities and fuel load potentials (Method 2 BAL)
          have been determined as follows:
               o North through Northwest (Male 1-10 & Server accom.) – reflective of ‘Class
                  16.1: Eucalypt dominated forest on drainage lines and alluvial plains’ with a
                  20 t/ha fuel load potential;
               o Northeast through East – reflective of ‘Class 12.1 Dry Eucalypt open forests on
                  sandstone and shallow soils’ with a 21t/ha fuel load potential;
               o Southwest (Female 1-7 & Server accom.) – reflective of ‘Class 21.1: Melaleuca
                  dry open forest on sandplains or depositional plains’ with a 14.9t/ha fuel load
                  potential;
               o Southeast through south – reflective of ‘Class 16.2: Eucalypt dominated
                  woodland on drainage lines and alluvial plains’ with a 12.5t/ha fuel load
                  potential;
               o West – reflective of ‘Class 16.2: Eucalypt dominated woodland on drainage
                  lines and alluvial plains’ with a 15.9t/ha fuel load potential.
  ▪ It is understood setbacks to potentially hazardous vegetation are proposed to be
          consistent with BAL-19 requirements, where achievable.

      Additional parameters, including slope, used to determine the minimum distances for
      relative BAL ratings are detailed in the following Tables.
