Proposed Dwelling House
at 24 Plover Street, Peregian Beach

We, as property owners of 26 Plover Street, Peregian Beach, consider the proposed
development does not significantly impact our property in terms of views, scale, amenity and
privacy.

We have viewed the plans and note specifically the below relaxations, including:

1 - The Upper Level eave through the 2.5m side setback;

2 - The Upper Level planter through the 2.0m side setback;
3 - The Main Level wall through the 2.0m side setback;

4 - The Lower Level deck through the 1.5m side setback.

, We note that the existing common boundary fence currently acts as our pool fencing. The
applicant has provided written guarantee such that any adjustments to the proposed decking
and fencing will need to be undertaken in such a way as to maintain compliance for our pool.

We also note that the applicant intends to replace the existing paperbark trees within the road
reserve with new street trees.

We do not object to the proposal before Council and do not consider it to adversely affect the
visual amenity, residential amenity, views, light, air or breezes of our property at 26 Plover
Street, Peregian Beach.

We offer our support for the proposed dwelling house at 24 Plover Street, Peregian Beach, as
per the plans (Issue DA3) lodged before Noosa Council.
