RE:       Development Application for Material Change of Use to establish a Dual Occupancy
          24 Grant Street, Noosa Heads
          Lots 1 & 2 on BUP13731 and Common Property

On behalf of the applicant, ROC Communications Pty Ltd, and in accordance with Section 50 of the Planning Act
2016, please find enclosed a properly made development application for a Material Change of Use to establish
a Dual Occupancy on the abovementioned site.

Please find enclosed the following in support of the application:
      •   Completed DA Form 1;
      •   Signed Landowner's Consent Form; and
      •   One (1) copy of ADAMS + SPARKES Town Planning Report, including supporting information.

Payment of $5,856.00 being the applicable fee under the 2024/25 Schedule of Fees and Charges will be paid
upon receiving an invoice from Council.
