Dear Noosa Council

I am in favour of the new hotel plan which will bring something new to Noosa, my concerns are street parking and noise:

Parking
I think that it will be important that customers of the restaurants and shops will be able to park their vehicles in the hotel car park, the car park barrier should lift when a new vehicle approaches the car park entrance, number plate recognition would improve security and levy charges if required, this would help reduce the requirement for street parking.

I believe that there will need to be street parking restrictions, yellow lines, time limits, our streets are congested enough, as commercial vehicles servicing the hotel will travel to the bottom of Serenity Close it is important that this traffic can move up and down the road without obstruction.

Noise
The revised plan should help to reduce noise from the hotel, I do hope that the hotel management will consider local and hotel residents in the day-to-day management of the hotel.
