Item 1 -

Provide a comprehensive need assessment for the car wash, tourist park and self-storage components of the
development.

Provide a comprehensive assessment of need for the service station, including detailed assessment of supply of facilities,

Provide an amended Needs Assessment for the proposed supermarket, revised to reflect more plausible market shares.

The proposed supermarket (1144m2) has been removed from the proposal and replaced with a shop (250m2)

December 2014 at Attachment B

Provide amended proposal plans revising the size of the supermarket to reflect the amended need assessment
Response:
