  1.  Amend the DA Form to correctly reflect the lot and plan.

Please see attached amended DA form which now reflects the correct lot and plan number, being Lot 58 on RP321936. The Town Planning Report has also been amended to correct the applicant details.

  1.  Provide registered land owner’s consent.

Please see attached an amended owner’s consent form giving consent from the current landowners for the making of this development application
