EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Overall year to date financial performance to April 2018 remains on track against budget, with
operating revenue slightly above budget and operating expenditure marginally below budget.
Capital expenditure is tracking below budget. Budget figures incorporate adjustments adopted as
part of Budget Review 3 (BR3) during April 2018.
