We wish to inform you of our objection to application MCU 10/2083 as we own Unit 2 at
5 Stillwater Place, Noosaville which backs directly onto the proposed development.

We would be very concerned at the fact that the area is now zoned for "Attached
Housing" and we believe this should not be altered.

There are quite a lot of shopping areas available in close proximity to this proposal with
empty shops already existing.

The noise impact is a big concern, with increased disturbances involved with intoxicated
patrons at the 24hr Convenience store, plus the added traffic movements, will. exacerbate
already existing traffic volume and parking difficulties for the local area.

Finally the problem with flooding should be considered. With all the problems that have
occurred recently, with businesses being built near water ways, surely that could be a
concern with the rise in sea levels being a distinct possibility.
