I have had a discussion with my manager who is happy for the MCU change to have the full fee ($2164) and the op works to have the admin fee ($185) applied.

Sorry my client and I don’t agree to this double charge.

 

I request that this be reviewed especially when the change is the same on both MCU and Opwks approvals, and no other Council charge this way.

I am in the process of loading this change application and have noticed that your description of type of change proposed is different to your planning report.  The DA form 5 states :’ Removal of the MCU dual occupancy from the 3 Approvals – removal of the DA conditions pertaining to the MCU’

But your report and email refer to: ‘removal of vehicle access to Kauri Street’.

 

Please amend the DA form 5 and resubmit.  You can email the form directly to me.
