PUBLIC INTEREST TEST PLAN APPROVAL
This decision has been delegated by Council to the Chief Executive Officer. The Local Government
Act 2009 allows this decision to be delegated by Council. Council will not delegate any decision in
respect of recommendations contained in the actual public interest test report.
