Risks Mitigation
Project is delayed due to unforeseen issues Library Service would need to provide base level services
using small van. Ie pick up your reservation
Prices increase for vehicle and kiosks Move forward with finalising procurement processes
quickly to reduce risk.
Covid causes impacts to labour and materials It is assumed that the automotive industry will remain an
essential service and impacts are forecasted into the
project timeline.
