Development Officer development activities including the co-ordination of various
community initiatives and plans across the Shire.
Community Services | Waste and Environmental Health | 0.75 New initiative — Full time position to deliver key environmental
Environmental Health | Officer health functions (inspection and licencing). Upon the creation
Services of this position the .25 EFT casual provision allocated to the
branch will be abolished. The net impact on the EFT is
therefore .75.
Community Services | Waste and Waste Facilities Officer 0.25 Part time position. Previously this role was undertaken under
Environmental Health a labour hire arrangement with funding from the Materials
Services and Services waste budget.
Environment and Plumbing and Building | Administrative Support New initiative — Full time position to support compliance
Sustainable Services Officer officers and inspectors, ensure legislative obligations are met
Development in relation to registers and records management systems are
maintained.
Environment and Development Administrative Support New Initiative -— Full time position to support the
Sustainable Assessment Officer implementation of the Short Stay Accommodation (STA)
Development Local law.
Environment and Development Development Inspector Conversion of the temporary full time position of
Sustainable Assessment Development Inspector to permanent full time, to assist in
Development dealing with an increasing number of DA applications and
associated legislative requirements and timeframes.
Environment and Environmental Fire Management Officer New Initiative - Full time position to deliver Council's Fire
Sustainable Services Management programme.
