Objection to Change of use re the above application.

I am the owner of the property next door 3/37 Duke st Sunshine Beach we are long term owners and intending to move up shortly to retire in our unit, due to the massive increase of people residing in the aera over the past two years local residents have been extremely disadvantaged. It is impossible to park in our street there is loud parties mainly Air B and B renters yelling screaming it is unfair to locals, you are allowing a people explosion in an aera which is not designed for the influx of people we have. We live close to Sunshine Vistas a well run small holiday and permanent resident block with an excellent on site manager, due to an on site manager if there is a problem they are on site and it is attended to immediately, Air B and B generally jam in way in excess of the allotted people and party day and night and run a muck with no one to monitor or control what goes on, please make note of this Air B and B over crowding will ruin Sunshine Beach.
