Lamonts Road is currently an unsealed no-through road that provides access to several residential properties and the
heli-aviation company. The posted speed environment of Lamonts Road is 50km/h, consistent with its classification as a
local access street. Do note that the posted speed of the existing Elm Street / Lamonts Road intersection is 100km/h.
