7.0 LIMITATIONS AND CLOSURE

This report has been commissioned by RMD Capital Pty Ltd and specifically investigates the
subject site as described in this report.


We consider that the study addresses the requirements for development of the subject site at
the time the study was undertaken. If these conditions are known to change, the results of
this study should be reviewed.


This report is only to be used in full and may not be used to support objectives other than
those set out herein, except where written approval is provided by Barlow Shelley Pty Ltd.
