Good afternoon Sheng,

Thank you for your request for an advanced flood search for 18 Taylor Court, Cooroy (Lot 2 on SP197517).

Our flood consultant has confirmed that this property is located in the upper catchment of Lake Macdonald,
an area where Council does not hold any flood modelling or historical flood data. As such, we are unable to
provide 1% AEP information, peak flood levels, inundation depths, or flow velocities.

A site-specific flood assessment will need to be undertaken by a qualified flood or hydraulic engineer. No
fees apply in this instance, as Council has no available data for this catchment.

Kind regards,

Jasmine Hytch
