NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTIFICATION

DEVELOPMENT PERMIT FOR MATERIAL CHANGE OF USE FOR RETAIL BUSINESS TYPE 4 –

Pursuant to the Sustainable Planning Act 2009, we confirm that the following Public Notification
actions under Section 297 have been undertaken:

(a) Published a notice in the Noosa News on 24 May 2016; and,
(b) Placed notices on the land in the way prescribed under the regulation on 24 May 2016; and,
(c) Notified the owners of 28 Lionel Donovan Drive, Noosaville on 23 May 2016 and the owners of 1
    Lionel Donovan Drive, Noosaville on 24 May 2016.

The last day the above actions were carried out was 24 May 2016.
