        The proposed grassed swale will generally consist of a 5m wide section with a 1m base and side batters at 1:8 for
        a maximum depth of 250mm. At a minimum grade of 0.25% (1 in 400), the swale will have a capacity of 0.422m3/s
        at a maximum velocity of 0.56m/s.
