COVID-19 Risk Maintain covid Safe practices at the Digital Hub in line with Council policy.

downs’ are a major risk to the Digital Hub revenues.
Consideration and planning for this event
COVID-19 impact Greater emphasis on working from home may reduce demand for fulltime
membership and office leases at the Hub, posing a risk to Digital Hub
revenues. Reducing office space size and increasing the quota of flex
members, are potential mitigations to this risk.
