Part 1 Preliminary
1. Short title
This local law may be cited as Administration (Amendment) Local Law
| (No. 1) 2021
1A Commencement
Part 2 commences on 1 Febmary 2022.
2. Purpose
The purpose of this local law is to amend Noosa Shire Council Local Law No. 1
(Administration) 2015.

3. Local law amended
This part amends Noosa Shire Council Local Law No. 1 (Administration) 2015.
4. Amendment of sch 1 (Dictionary)
(1) Schedule 1, defimition shared facility accommodaton—
omit, insert—
‘shared facility accommodation—
(a) means accommodation occupied or available for occupation by residents. in
retum for payment, on the basis of residents sharing 1 or more of the
following facilities—
(i) dormitones or bedrooms;
(ui) toilets:
(i) bathrooms, showers or other bathing facilities;
(iv) laundnes;
(v) diming facilities;
(v1) cooking facilities:
(vi) recreation facilities; but
(o) does not include any of the following—
