If Sara Fisher thinks it will effect local business, this is only because they hate competition and do not wish to adapt their businesses to these changing times. It's also a form of price fixing, not allowing any competition in the area. Noosa council needs to stop objecting to every development application and start creating employment opportunities, and not just in tourism/hospitality industry. Noosa will never be the sleepy fishing village it was in the past. We need work here to attract younger families. Noosa, get with the times and stop resembling a large retirement village. Martin
