outcomes for redevelopment of land in central Tewantin for housing and parking.
Partner with Community housing provider(s) to seek State Government funding to support social
and affordable housing and to deliver such housing on appropriate Council owned land.


A6.5.14 Encourage and provide support to the community sector such as faith-based and             Ongoing    Planner/
community-based organisations to review their land holdings for potential community housing or               Partner
transitional / crisis accommodation. Support programs which utilise existing assets to provide
safe night-time shelter.
