6.4 LOCAL PLAN


The site is included within the Noosaville local plan area. The purpose of the Noosaville Local Plan
Area Code is to provide locally relevant planning provisions for the assessment of development
within the Noosaville Local Plan Area. An assessment of local plan overall outcomes applicable to
the proposed development is enclosed. The proposed development is found to comply with the
applicable overall outcomes of the Noosaville Local Plan Code.

6.5 ZONE CODE


The site is included within the Medium Impact Industry Zone. A detailed assessment of the proposal
against the applicable provisions of this zone has been undertaken and confirms that the proposal
