Slope Stability Assessment
Jane & Cameron Blake 22178-001-Rev0
26 May 2022
All excess stormwater collected around the proposed development and existing structures, including
discharge from the pressure relief valve, should be directed by pipes or surface channels (e.g. rock lined ‘dry
creek’ beds) to discharge at least 5 m downslope of any structure, embankment or effluent disposal area. A
surface dissipation device such as rock weir or rock lined contour drain must be installed at the stormwater
outlet(s).
Subsurface disposal of stormwater must not be undertaken (including infiltration pits).
5.0 SUMMARY & CONCLUSIONS
Based on the findings of our assessment we consider that there would be a Low Risk of slope instability
affecting the proposed development subject to implementation of the recommendations given in this report
and review of a suitable soil test report, building plans and earthworks drawings prior to construction.
