made on behalf of Lutheran Services.
As required by Section 5.3 of the Development Assessment Rules, we provide Council notice that the
development application, including a copy of the confirmation notice, was referred to the following agencies
at the timing indicated:
•     Department of State Development, Manufacturing, Infrastructure and Planning:        18 July 2019
In accordance with the attached RPS letter dated 29 July 2019 (Appendix A), the application had lapsed as
of 26 July 2019, but the undertaking of this action under Section 31.1 of the DA Rules, combined with this
notification that the application is to be revived under Section 31.2 of the DA Rules, ensures that the
application is now revived.
