OSMP Notes:                                                                                         permanent three strand-star picket fencing (non-barbed wire)
1.   specific requirements for bushfire management in Cov L
2.   other than protection, no immediate specific vegetation requirements for OS3                   permanent 1.8m (min) chain-wing or other barrier (exclusion) fencing
3.   weed control and planting in OS3 following development are clearing (24 months maintenance)    bollards/survey markers to denote bushfire management zone
4.   aboricultural requirements by level 5 arborist (minimum) following development area clearing
5.   relocate salvaged logs into OS3 areas where possible (not to compound fire hazard)
6.   no storage of material/rubbish in OS or conservation areas
