SARA does not require an information request, therefore assessment of the referred application will continue.

SARA will be issuing a letter of further advice in regards to some matters relating to the State transport infrastructure trigger – this letter will be forthcoming. If you choose to provide additional information in relation to the further advice letter, you may wish to consider extending the referral assessment period or stopping the referral assessment period, so that SARA has sufficient time to consider any new information.

The due date for SARA’s referral agency response is 12 July 2019.
