Attention: Assessment Manager,

I drop into Cooroy on my way home from visiting family in Hervey Bay and I fully support this application for a car wash in Cooroy.

Ibelieve that it will add to the look of the area on 30 Elm Street. There is a  train station across the road, two major bus stops and two servos directly either side of the block.  the car wash would be perfect here.

The environmental benefits of having a car wash are significant and it is very important to maximise this.   The position where it will get the most amount of passing traffic provides this.
