Environment Levy* The funding of environmental iniatives for the shire. This includes the $ 1,800 $ 1,812 0.7%
acquisition and maintenance of land (including an interest in land)
suitable for environment conservation purposes, voluntary
conservation agreements with landholders, Noosa Biosphere Reserve
environmental projects and other major environmental projects.
Sustainable Transport Levy To contribute towards the costs associated with a range of transport $ 600 $ 904 50.7%
services and initiatives related that have the purpose of reducing traffic
congestion and demand on the shire road network.
Heritage Levy To fund a cultural heritage program for the management, protection $ 301 $ 302 0.3%
and improvement of the heritage of the shire.
