5.1.8 Implementation of mandated 3 bin service
As the mandated 3 bin service will commence in September 2017 the following charges will apply to
those affected properties:
For the period 1 July 2017 to 31 December 2017
Waste Bin – 140/240 litre + Recycling Bin - 240 litre

(charge for July and August)
Waste Bin – 140/240 litre + Recycling Bin - 240 litre + Garden Waste Bin - 240 litre
$105.00
(charge for September, October, November and December)
For the period 1 January 2018 to 30 June 2018
Waste Bin – 140/240 litre + Recycling Bin - 240 litre + Garden Waste Bin - 240 litre $157.50
5.1.9 Discounts
An early payment discount as shown in section 2.3 and Council pensioner concessions as shown in
section 2.4 shall NOT be applied to these charges.
5.1.10 Notices
Section 2.1 of this revenue statement sets out the Council billing frequency and method that will be
applied to these charges.
