The applicant has amended the plans to include an amended design to the front façade
with only the front eave within the front setback in accordance with discussions with
Council. The rear boundary has also been amended to comply with the required 6m
setback.

The applicant seek to amend condition 2 and delete conditions 3 and 4.


We agree to extend any decision-making periods to allow for the above changes to be
incorporated into a negotiated decision notice. If you have any further queries in relation
