     That Council note the report by the Manager Financial Services to the General Committee
     Meeting dated 17 December 2018 outlining November 2018 year to date financial
     performance against budget.

11   NOOSA COUNCIL ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE AND POSITION ESTABLISHMENT

     That Council note the report by the Director Executive Services to the General Committee
     Meeting dated 17 December 2018 detailing the changes made to the organisational structure
     and position establishment since 1 July 2018 and approve the new organisational structure
     provided at Attachment 2 to the report
