Attachment A - Unit 11 owners confirmation

I confirm as the effective owner of unit 11 at The Hastings that I have no objection or concerns regarding the
proposed development of lot 30 at the Hastings.

We are not intending further renovations to unit 11 as we don’t feel there will be any impact on light from the
development.

We also feel the proposed development will accord more privacy to unit 11 as it will be situated closer to the
hard wall that has no windows and as such unit 11 will not be subject to open windows in the back that
exposes it to all the bathroom noises, that currently exists from unit 10.
