Town Planning Report
28 Eenie Creek Road, Noosaville and parts of the road reserves of Hofmann Drive and Walter Hay Drive
The at-grade car park has been integrated into the site, screened from the internal loop road by retained and
supplemented vegetation, and compartmentalised into three smaller nodes. Bio-retention basins are included
within the car park to soften the hardstand areas and shade structures are provided at the northern end of the
car parking area for sun and weather protection.
The loading dock access to the existing Noosa Civic has been relocated to the southern side of the building,
which has enabled the eastern end of Noosa Civic to be reconfigured and a pedestrian link to be provided
across Covenant J. The loading dock for the proposed expansion is also located at the rear (southern end) of
the development area and accessed off the extension to Hofmann Drive.
