5.1 Predicted Noise Levels

Noise levels (Laeq and Lamax) from the proposed development were predicted at existing and
proposed sensitive receivers (see Figure 4.3 and Figure 5.1). Predictions were made as follows:

= Vehicle, car wash and mechanical plant Lac, as presented in Table 5.3 with no barriers.

= Vehicle, car wash and mechanical plant Lacg as presented in Table 5.4 with the proposed
barriers presented in Figure 5.1 and no nighttime fuel deliveries.

= Vehicle Lamax as presented in Table 5.5 with the proposed barriers presented in Figure 5.1
and no nighttime fuel deliveries.
