RE:      Response to Information Request (MCU21/0057) – Indoor Sport & Recreation
         28 Eenie Creek Rd, Noosaville (3SP246584)

Council issued a further information request on 6 May 2021. The applicant provides the
following additional information in response to the items:

PLANNING

1        Provide a schedule of the proposed class times
2        Between the hours of 10am and 4pm is the premises still open to members
         of the public during this time.

The proposed studio is to be run by FS8 Noosa. A copy of their class schedule may be

Mid-week classes commence at 05:15 to 11:00 and 16:30 to 18:15pm. Weekend classes
extend from 07:00 to 11:00am and 15:30 to 17:15. Members of the public are not allowed
to use the studio outside of the class times.

3         Provide a proposal plan illustrating the total GFA of the premises

The total Gross Floor Area is 400m2 (exclusive of the car manoeuvring and stairwell
areas). A copy of the calculation plan is included with the response.

Pursuant to the Development Assessment Rules, the applicant has given the assessment
manager the information requested. Please continue with the assessment of the
application at your earliest convenience.
