 6.   Amendment of sch 2 (Categories of prescribed activities for the purposes
      of maximum penalties)
      (1)   Schedule 2, part 2, subsection (2)—
            omit.
      (2)   Schedule 2, part 2, subsections (3) to (6)—
            renumber as subsections (2) to (5).

 7.   Amendment of sch4 (Prescribed complementary accommodation)
            Schedule 4, ‘caravan’ —
           omit, insert-
            ‘accommodation’.

 8.   Amendment of sch 10 (Installation of advertising devices)
      (1)   Schedule 10, section 2(2)(d)(iv), *’—
           omit, insert—
            “; and’.
      (2)   Schedule 10, after section 2(2)(d)(iv)—
            insert —
            ‘(v)all signs thatrelate to the sale/lease of aproperty including sold signs must be
               removed by the end of day om,the day after the sale settlement or the signing of
               lease has occurred.”,

 10.  Amendment of sch 13 (Operation of accommodation parks)
      (1)   Schedule 13, section 2, ‘Nil’—
            omit , ins ert
            ‘Approval is not required under the authorising local law for the operation of a
            self-contained RV park on land if—
            (a)   the self-contained RV park provides for 5 or less spaces and no other short
                  term accommodation is provided on the land; and
            (b)   the operator of the self-contained RV park complies with the following—
                  (i) — section 6(1)(vi) and (m)(i) and (iii) of this schedule; and
                  (ii) if no water is provided at the self-contained RV park, and no liquid or
                       solid waste may be left or disposed of onsite at the self-contained RV
                       park—the placing of self-contained RVs at the self-contained RV park
                       is limited to a maximum of 4 consecutive nights; and
