Consultation
External Consultation - Community & Stakeholder
King and Company have prepared the proposed local law and also provided advice on the local
law making process specific to local laws on waste management, which has been followed in
preparation of this report.
Internal Consultation
Council’s Governance Advisor has been involved in the development of the proposed local law
and will provide further assistance with the local law making process in consultation with
Council’s Waste and Environmental Health Manager.
