Risks & Opportunities
The Environment and Sustainable Development Department continue to experience high
workloads across all areas. Public consultation is currently occurring on the second round of
Noosa Plan significant changes, a proposed new Local Law for Short Term Letting and second
round of consultation on proposed new Local Law on advertising signage. Consultation closes on
11 November for the Noosa Plan and the Short Term Letting Local Law and 15 November for the
Advertising Devices Local Law.
