WATER SUPPLY
The Grantor and subsequent owners and occupiers of the Servient Tenement will permit the Grantee
and the subsequent owners and occupiers of any Dominant Tenement to enter the Servient
Tenement with their contractors and machinery to lay, install and maintain pipes, drains, conduits
and channels ("the system’) for the purpose of conveyance of water.
The Grantor will not without the written consent of the Grantee place any buildings or permanent
improvements over the Servient Tenement or interfere with the system and in breach the Grantee
may remove such obstruction at the cost of the Grantor.
The Grantee will restore the Servient Tenement without cost to the Grantor to practically the same
condition as prior to entry.
