In particular please find enclosed the following: e IDAS forms 1 and 5; e — letter of consent from the owner of the land, QIC Noosa Civic Pty Ltd; Noosa Shire Council Request for Electronic Communication for Development Applications; e town planning report prepared by Cardno HRP and containing the proposal plans. We have determined the development assessment fee for the proposed development, based on Council's Development Assessment and Compliance Fees 2014-15, is $3082.50, calculated on the following basis: e Fee for a development not listed in the schedule relating to an application requiring a report to be placed before Council: $1,370 ¢ Material Change of Use of an existing building: 25% discount (-$342.50) e Development that is impact assessable and inconsistent: Multiplier of 3 We understand Noosa Shire Council will issue an invoice to allow for payment of this fee to occur.
