SCHEDULE

This is the Schedule in Easement in Gross dated the /SH, day of Oc fober~
1992 comprising J  page/s.

‘The Grantors do hereby grant transfer and confirm unto the Grantee the following
casement namely the full and fre. right and liberty to the Grantee its agents, servants,
workmen and others authorised on its behalf at all times hereafter to lay water mains
upon, under and through the surface of the servient tenement and to use the same in
common with any other person lawfully entitled thereto and freely to run and to pass
water through vider and along the same and from time to time and at all times to enter
upon the servient tenement to inspect cleanse repair and maintain the said water mains
and when and where necessary to lay new water mains in substitution therefor.

AND the Grantor hereby covenants with the Grantee that the Grantee its agents,
servants, workmen and others authorised on its behalf for the purpose of the full
enjoyment of the aforesaid rights shall have full free and uninterrupted right and
liberty at all times hereafter by day or night and with or without vehicles machinery
or tools of any description to enter upon and to go puss and Tepass over and along the
said servient tenement and shall have the right to enter upon and under the servient
tenement and to open and break up the soil of the servient tencment or any part
thereof as well as the sub-surface as the surface thereof and to bring and place in and
upon the servient tenement and remove such materials machinery tools and other
articles and to do such other things in the premises as the said Grantee shall in its
discretion think fit.

AND the Grantor shall not ror will at any time build upon the servient tenement or
any part thereof or use the said land in such a way as to obstruct or interfere with the
said water mains and water reticulation system and the proper and effective usc
thereof by the Grantee.

AND the Grantec hereby covenants with the Grantor that the Grantee will at all times
hereafter exercise the rights and privileges hereby granted in a proper and
workmanlike manner and so as to cause as little inconvenience as possible and do as
little damage as practicable to the servient tencment.
