3 Site Details and Characteristics
3.1 Site Details
3.1.1 Location

The site is located at 28 Eenie Creek Road, Noosaville (refer to Figure 1 — Location Plan) and is referred to
as the Noosa Civic (refer to section 3.2.1 of this report).

The site is situated within the Noosaville locality and is located approximately 26 kilometres north of the
Maroochydore Principal Regional Activity Centre.

3.1.2 Real Property Description

The site is described as Lot 3 on SP246584, County of March, Parish of Tewantin.

3.1.3 Shape, Size and Ownership
The site is irregular in shape. This shape is heavily influenced by road development within the vicinity of the
site, including Eenie Creek Road, Hofmann Drive and Walter Hay Drive.

The total area of the site is approximately 317,300 m?.
QIC Noosa Civic Pty Ltd A.C.N 153 081 406 is the registered owner of the site.
