1         PURPOSE
This Stormwater Management Plan has been prepared as part of the Development Application for
the commercial development at the Lot 2, Noosa Business Centre, Walter Hay Drive, Noosaville.


2         INTRODUCTION
2.1       Project Description

The commercial development will consist of free-standing buildings for multiple tenancies, loading
dock / service area to the rear if the site and an on-grade car park to the front of the lot.

Access to the site will be via the existing internal road network of the Noosa Business Centre. Access
for the existing complex internal road network is from both Walter Hay Drive and Hofmann Drive.

The proposed Plan of Development is depicted on the architectural plans prepared by Buchan Group
attached in Appendix 1, with excerpt below.
