Appendix A illustrates the location of Covenant J on SP182845 relative to Lot 3 on SP264845. 1.2 Covenant Description The covenant occupies an area of 1.3ha. The vegetation community within Covenant J on SP182845 is regrowth of Syncarpia glomulifera and other species Eucalyptus resinifera, E. grandis & Corymbia intermedia. The subcanopy is often dominated by young canopy elements, but also supports other species such as Alphitonia excelsa, Melaleuca saligna or rainforest species such as Cryptocarya glaucescens. The shrub layer is commonly choked with Platylobium formosum and other dense growth. While there are several ground layer species present Entolasia stricta is found throughout. The community is allied with regional ecosystem 12.9-10.1 (refer to the State and Local Government Ecological Assessment Noosa Civic Expansion (Cardno, 2014) for a full description of the vegetation at 28 Eenie Creek Road).
